• You must be at least 18 years of age and a permanent resident of South Africa, or have a South African work permit and bank account, to enter the Raffle.
• Payment accepted via PayFast (InstantEFT).
• All details must be provided on the purchase of Raffle tickets (full name, email address, contact number, ID number and physical address).
• All Raffle ticket sales are final at the time of purchase. There are no refunds.
• If not all the Raffle tickets are sold by the close of sales the Raffle may be postponed until a later date.
• Winners will be drawn and notified immediately on the date stipulated by the Raffle Host.
• The Winner will have 21 days to claim his/her prize.
• In the event the Winner cannot be contacted, the draw will take place again.
• Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for FlexiFunding Raffles and the Raffle Host to use the Winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes.
• Winners may be required to attend a prize handover.
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

FlexiFunding Raffles reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms & Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms & Conditions for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including such changes or updates.
